Quiste Hemorragico Tiroides
Paciente femenina con marcado abultamiento en cara lateral izquierda del cuello. Consistencia dura, sin llegar a pétrea, móvil , se eleva con el acto de la deglución. En Octubre 2008 tuvo un parto y en Diciembre 2008 notó el abultamiento de forma mas o menos brusca. En Enero 2009 fue puncionado extrayéndose liquido que fue reportado libre de células malignas.
En la actualidad se aprecia la presencia de quiste localizado en lóbulo izquierdo del tiroides, con paredes internas irregulares y grumos muy finos en su interior , mide aprox: 3.46 X 3.44 X 2.30 cm. El Doppler Color no muestra aumento de flujo en o en las cercanías de la lesión.
